The Adwasys 370RO-UV turns fresh water into potable water without chemicals. This powerful unit can produce up to 370 litres of clean water per day. The six-stage process removes up to 99.99% of impurities, viruses and bacteria. The package includes accessories, filters, the water tank and a drinking-water tap.

The reverse osmosis system uses a series of pre- and post-filters and an RO membrane that only allows pure water molecules to pass through. The final stage is a Phillips UV lamp that sterilises viruses and bacteria.

The unit has automatic flushing and requires minimal maintenance, apart from filter changes and any storage/recommissioning. The unit fills a pressurised 11-litre tank so water is available immediately.

Six-stage purification process:

1. STAGE 1: Pre-filtration

• 5 µm polypropylene fine filter removes solids such as pollen and fine sand

• Protects downstream filters

2. STAGE 2: Activated carbon (granular)

• Granular activated carbon removes chlorine, taste and odour issues

3. STAGE 3: Activated carbon (compressed)

• 1 µm carbon block finalises water quality by enhancing earlier filters, removing heavy metals, humic substances and organic compounds

• Further reduces taste and odour problems

4. STAGE 4: Reverse osmosis membrane

• 0.1 µm RO membrane cartridge (Vontron) 100 GPD

• Primary purification occurs by forcing water through the membrane

5. STAGE 5: Mineralisation

• The final mineral filter restores neutral pH and refreshes taste by adding small amounts of calcium and magnesium.

6. STAGE 6: UV sterilisation

• Removes remaining organics and ensures water is safe to drink

A comprehensive spare filter kit is available for the unit: Adwasys F370 replacement filter pack, and a replacement UV lamp bulb as a spare.
