• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item carries no seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots a separate collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final. Please check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original and resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

Please note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
