• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
