The item is sold by online bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the internet auction period 29/07/2026 - 16/08/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer being liable for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment feature. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13/08/2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by an online sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 29/07/2026 - 16/08/2026 ending at 15:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 13/08/2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself when submitting the bid.
