22 t pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of point-lifting jacks designed to raise a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack is powered by compressed air, which drives a hydraulic pump producing pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. The pressure increase pushes the telescopic section of the actuator upwards; pressure reduction lowers it. Another important design feature is the lifting length, which affects ease of working when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. Such jacks are fitted with wheels for manoeuvring. Portable versions are also available; these are much lighter and smaller and easy to carry in a service vehicle.

With the fitted lubrication system, friction between mating surfaces is reduced, decreasing wear and protecting against corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used for servicing trucks, buses, agricultural machines and armoured military vehicles.

The unit is supplied with two extension tips that increase the lifting height. Road wheels permit easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three positions for improved working comfort.
