For sale for dismantling in Jyväskylä (Seppälä): 1 pc electric-operated sectional overhead door for an opening size of approx. 4000 mm (W) x approx. 4600 mm (H). NOTE: There are 5 doors and they are sold one (1) at a time.

The door was installed new in November 2013. Regularly maintained and in working order.

Directly from tenant use. The door includes a curtain blower and a motor for opening and closing.

The buyer must dismantle the door by Saturday 01/08/2026.

Alternatively the door can be dismantled for the buyer for €500 incl. VAT. If the buyer chooses to take the door dismantled, the dismantled door can be collected either on the afternoon of the dismantling day or, if needed, it will be stored free of charge for 1 week from the dismantling day in a cold outdoor storage.


The buyer is responsible for reinstallation of the door and the statutory commissioning inspection required at reinstallation. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/maintenance needed during reinstallation.

The item is used and sold as seen. The door is sold/dismantled fully operational.


The door is straight and has no significant marks/dents. There is normal wear consistent with use.


The sale price does not include VAT.
