The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not apparent when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to examine the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overdue collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before bidding.
