• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-tested. They are sold directly from use, as they currently are. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

Please note each bid has its own pick-up fee; if you win several lots, the pick-up fee must be paid for each winning bid. • 🔕 Goods The items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return policy: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms that apply to this auction before making an offer.
