Passenger van Mercedes-Benz Vito from Oulu being sold at auction as an 8-seater.

The vehicle was recently inspected on 18/07 and the inspection is valid for one year. Repair recommendations were given for a crack in the windscreen and an exhaust mounting; however, it does not rattle excessively when driven.

Serviced regularly, most recently an oil change last November at 393,000 km. The original service book with entries is with the car. In the past year, according to the previous owner, the fuel pump sensor, shock absorbers, handbrake have been repaired and wear parts such as various link arms, tie-rod ends, brake pads and front discs have been replaced. The alternator was replaced a few years ago.

The van drives comfortably; a small noise is heard when the steering is turned to full lock. Under hard acceleration the engine fault light can be triggered. The previous owner had this investigated and the workshop recommended bench-testing injectors 1 and 2; they may not need replacing. Injectors 3 and 4 have just been replaced with new ones. If injectors do not need replacing, the estimated cost for this work is approximately EUR 400–600.

The interior is tidy for its age and mileage. The leather seats are in good condition and the controls work. There are no unusual odours in the vehicle. The driver's seat has a small tear in the upholstery. The other seats are very clean.

Body condition: the vehicle has some rust and marks; these are fairly clearly visible in the photos. In addition, the windscreen has a crack.

Tyres: summer tyres are in excellent, relatively new condition. Winter tyres are studded on alloy wheels; they are somewhat more worn and some studs are missing, but in my opinion still usable.

Equipment: e.g. air conditioning, towbar, electric sliding side door.

Great family van for someone, with many wear parts replaced recently. Asking prices for similar vehicles are around EUR 9,000–10,000.
