The car runs normally, but intermittently — now more frequently — the ABS and traction control warning lights come on and it goes into limp mode (can be driven but with reduced power). Fault codes read with VCDS show;

The accelerator pedal has been replaced once; it worked for a couple of months afterwards but the same fault has returned. As a family owner I no longer have the time or interest to investigate the fault.


- Two sets of tyres (of the summer tyres two were replaced last year and two are more worn; winter tyres are non-studded, replaced in 2022)

- Phone-controlled Webasto heater

- Windscreen replaced in 2024

- Serviced every 10 612k km, oil and filters always changed (oil, air, cabin filters)



Age and mileage are visible on the body and in the car, but it still has a valid inspection and will probably remain roadworthy for a while without major work.


All Audi recall campaigns have been carried out on this car, including replacement of the passenger airbag and the Audi emissions recall.
