Engine with BWA code, so one of the more reliable ones. No stretch-prone timing chains and these didn’t yet have oil consumption issues.

There’s no need to worry about DSG quirks here — the gearbox is a genuine, reliable automatic.


The car has just passed inspection so it has one year’s roadworthiness. The inspection recommended repairing a fogged headlight and an oil leak.
