The property is seized and will be sold by private sale under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further details are given in the sales prospectus.

Bids apply to the purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that become the buyer's responsibility are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferred to the buyer.
