Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Inspection of the item
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and which can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.
Conclusion of sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee for the official confirmer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.
Withdrawal from the purchase
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the transaction.
