The item is sold by incremented bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the incrementing system. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the offer's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23 July 2026 at 14:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 A, 4th floor, 87100 KAJAANI or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will make the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the Enforcement Code's general auction terms.
