• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the item, any company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid may have its own pickup fee; if there are several successful bids, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before deciding to buy, always check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

And please note that:

•      inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

•      bids are binding and no exchange or return rights apply

•      the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing

•      if the advertiser does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
