Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

Goods must be collected within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Items will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid
