Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site — items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products from our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised representative with a power of attorney.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase / unpaid bid.
