Note: The bankruptcy estate has not verified the functionality of machines or equipment.

There is no warranty from the seller, and the buyer has no right of exchange or return.

Bids are binding. The buyer always has the opportunity, according to the agreement, to inspect the lot in advance.

For shares or real estate, any deposit paid is non‑refundable if the buyer cancels the purchase.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must disconnect equipment from electrical or water mains safely at their own cost.

Lots must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If a lot is not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees as invoiced.

If purchased items must be moved from rented premises to our storage after a week, we will charge the bidder for the transfer costs.

The goods for sale do not include VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
