The lot will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends 6 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object will be sold by private treaty by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends 6 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment.
