The item can be delivered by courier, car transporter or Matkahuolto etc., depending on the destination, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packaging costs. Delivery outside Mainland Finland is possible at extra cost. For items we dispatch that are not collected we charge the same delivery fee that was applied to the item for both return to us and re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days after the end of the auction or at the time stated in the notice (where collection is possible). After that we charge storage at €10/day.

Delivery charge covers:

• Packing (staff costs)

• Preparation of dispatch documents

• Matkahuolto collects the parcels from us

• The carriage itself

• etc.

• Delivery charges also include value-added tax (VAT) 25.5%

• These charges cannot be included in the item price in the auction as online shops do, because the price is not fixed. The hammer price and delivery charges form the total price of the item delivered, including VAT.

• Multiple items can be packed into the same package
