VW Passat – a red legend ready to drive

We are now auctioning a Volkswagen Passat that has been in normal use and still does what it should. The car has been test-driven and feels good and steady on the road — not a project, but ready to drive.

The Passat's strengths are its space and practicality. The boot is large and with the rear seats folded down it becomes even bigger, giving plenty of room for tools, sports equipment or a pram.

The windscreen has a few stone chips, but they do not affect driving. The car also has some rust (as shown in the picture) but the metal under the rust feels solid (not inspected further). Two sets of tyres are included. The car has been used by a family and the family's beloved dog has travelled with it, so there are normal signs of use. This is not just a shiny Sunday car — it has seen everyday life and served well.
