Auto myydään varaosiksi/korjattavaksi siinä kunnossa kuin se on! Ilman takuuta ja palautusoikeutta!

Findings: Arrived by tow. Runs poorly.

Read fault codes; e.g. NOx 1 and 2 report faults — values out of range

--> Engine runs but knocks strongly. Oil level checked OK; observed that when the dipstick is removed while the engine is running, smoke rises from the dipstick hole/underside of the engine

----> Oil filter removed and found to contain a large amount of metal, likely crankshaft bearing damage and/or piston damage in the engine, which could explain the heavy smoking from the dipstick hole. Engine must be replaced. Note: engine was last replaced by us in Jan 2024 at 853,000 km; Tammer-diesel warranty is no longer valid

------> No further repairs carried out this time; a used oil filter was fitted so the vehicle remains drivable (until the engine bearings seize completely). The engine contains the old oil; no topping up was needed for transfer.


The vehicle is sold for parts/repair as is! No warranty or right of return!
