• Chassis: Welded/hot-dip galvanised, gross weight 1800 kg, unladen weight 1590 kg, standard aluminium rims and 355.6 mm (14″) tyres. Each corner has so-called caravan support legs, levels well.

• Registration: Inspected and registered — we can handle this if required for an additional cost of €250. Collection can also be arranged with a transfer permit which we will prepare.

• Internal height (sauna): approx. 2490 mm (ridge), approx. 2020 mm (lowest point at wall)

• Internal sauna dimensions: length approx. 1730 mm × width approx. 1900 mm, opening sauna window.

• Changing room dimensions: length approx. 1720 mm × width approx. 1900 mm

Structure and materials:

• Frame: 42×66 mm glued laminated timber (glulam)

• Insulation: 30 mm Finnfoam in walls and roof

• Exterior walls: 20×120 mm primed exterior cladding boards

• Interior walls: 14×120 mm panel, pre-treated with sauna protector

• Floor: 28×95 mm protective-treated floorboard (in sauna and changing room)

• Floor has a water gutter and drain hole for directing water

• Benches and railings: alder

• Door between sauna and changing room: 7×19 glass door

• Roof: black roofing felt

THIS SAUNA IS SOLD WITHOUT A STOVE. We will install the stove of your choice if required — the cost of the stove applies; installation work at our premises is included in the auction price.

Stove in place, wood in the firebox, and you're ready to sauna.
