The car starts, runs and drives; the engine seems OK. Service brakes work fine. The electronic parking brake needs replacing at least in the electronics if you plan to get it inspected for road use. The windscreen appears to be new. Side windows have been glued shut at least on the left side, so expect fiddling with the electric window mechanisms or their runners. Attached images include the fault findings from the MOT failure on 3 January 2025 and it will of course require a new inspection if you want the vehicle roadworthy. During a 200 km transfer drive the automatic gearbox downshifted once to a lower gear when cold at -15°C; it corrected after switching the car off and on again and did not recur once the gearbox warmed up.
