• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items are as used or from storage. The seller has photographed the lot for the sale. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com for collection and payment. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. • 🔕 Origin of items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final. Check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-delinquent vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may relist the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
