McCormick 624 tractor purchased new for the current farm; three agricultural attachments included.

The machine has been well maintained in many respects.


Tractor: IH McCormick International 624/2120 (previously 556-ER, not registered). Reg. date 22/09/1966. Serial number 31M3423S802736.


Faults: steering fault (front axle, turning mechanism), gear does not stay engaged, tyres in poor condition especially the left rear tyre, electrical system should be renewed/repaired, visual oil leak at least at the rear axle. The engine ran well two years ago, but coolant then escaped (overpressure?) from the drain valve at the bottom of the core. At one time a repair compound was poured into the radiator. Has not been started since, possibly due to an electrical fault. Generally "no guarantee of full working condition". No guarantee, for example, of full lifting capacity. Oils changed, filter and some hoses replaced.


The sale also includes an old IH McCormick seed drill (metal type), an IH fertiliser spreader with a wooden box (one), front brackets for a box (possible front weight), a broken fabric (rag) cab, a small Kongskilde cultivator and a Suomen Sokeri surface harrow (some straight tines bent backwards in places). Key and original registration papers, user manuals and parts manual found. From the first owner.

A broken fabric cab for the tractor is also included.
