• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders have a duty to inspect the item and any related documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty from the seller, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle re-registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, re-registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.
