The lot is sold as seen and with the accessories it has in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and all related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done based on the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued later with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks under the Money Laundering Act and sanctions rules are required for the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing times.
