Seized property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website huutokaupat.com between 11 June 2026 – 25 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 25 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The online auction is held on the website www.huutokaupat.com with incremental bids during 11 June 2026 – 25 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 25 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price to the enforcement officer without delay. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered no later than 22 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 22 June 2026 at 12:00 at the address below; Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service that the bid concerns. The bidder must identify themself when submitting the bid.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

Upon acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay the full purchase price to the enforcement officer without delay. Payment may be made in cash or an equivalent payment method and security. Immediate transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF12 3960 0000 5092 60 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer pays the transfer tax on shares of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and submits the receipt to enforcement, upon which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The item is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
