For sale due to a changed life situation: an extra-long Mercedes-Benz Sprinter drivable on a Category B driving licence, registered as a 4-person motorhome.

The conversion is largely complete and only the interior lining requires finishing – a good, individual travel vehicle.

Last summer it was used, among other trips, on a fully loaded trip to Norway, where the average consumption was a modest 10.67 L/100 km. Comfortable to drive thanks to cruise control and the 6-speed manual gearbox.

The vehicle is comprehensively insulated:

Walls: 19 mm Armaflex + 50 mm Ewona wool (in some places an additional Armaflex layer)

Roof: 19 mm Armaflex + 20 mm Recticel Eurothane EWall (above the cab: 19 mm Armaflex)

Floor: 30 mm Recticel Eurothane EWall

Original Mercedes 2-seat auxiliary bench with ISOFIX mounts

Electrical system:

200 Ah LiFePO4 battery

Victron MultiPlus 12 V / 3000 W / 120 A (Bluetooth-controlled). Also fitted with shore power which charges the service battery.

Touch panel + relay box (Biltema)

DC-DC charger SRNE 50 A, which also includes an MPPT regulator.

12 V and 230 V cabling run throughout the vehicle using high-quality, heavy-gauge cables. Cables run inside conduits.

Heating:

Vevor 8 kW air heater installed in the rear under the bed, also with Bluetooth

Includes Truma 5 L water heater. Water can be heated with the air heater or via the 230 V system.

Exterior and extras:

Vehicle repainted in autumn 2024 for a colour change, no rust.

Reversing camera with two cameras: one shows the towbar, the other a wider view

Sliding door fitted with double-pane thermal glass

Notes:

Interior linings unfinished

Central locking on the sliding door does not work; this has not been a problem as opening the right front door also releases the sliding door lock

Doors not insulated

Aftermarket antenna not connected; I have not found a suitable adapter for the antenna cable

The oil pressure relief valve has been removed. This prevents the relief valve from seizing and keeps oil pressure normal at higher revs.

Electrical cables have not yet been cut to their final lengths, so the layout of the electrics can still be adjusted.

Almost new Continental winter friction tyres on steel wheels for winter

Good-condition tyres on alloy wheels for summer

Vehicle currently deregistered.

This can easily be converted back into a panel van or a light goods vehicle.

First registration in Finland: 6 April 2016

Decommissioning from traffic: standard removal 30 November 2025 -
