• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters relevant to your purchase such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late pickup will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, plus any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms before bidding.
