Defects and other observations

The car starts with the key; the timing chain makes a short noise. The engine runs smoothly, does not knock and revs well.


Observed on test drive:

All six gears operate normally with no jerking; after a short run, when stopped the gearbox stuck in 1st gear, allowing the car to be moved a short distance.

No unusual noises from the suspension/chassis.
