If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen and there is no right to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods are released to the auction winner or to an authorised person with a power of attorney.

We charge a cancellation/compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancellation of a binding purchase or unpaid bid.
