Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks storage charges €10 per day per pallet.

The goods will be released to the auction winner, or to an authorised representative with a power of attorney.

A cancellation fee for rescinded binding sales / unpaid bids of 10% of the sale price will be charged
