The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the premises and any company documents and records relating to the lot. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item on sale. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate — please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
