The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the lot and any company documents and records relating to the sale. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
