• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
