• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the relevant documents and other papers before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later claim facts that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold has no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Items come from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information using Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
