• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and records relating to the item before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you have several winning bids, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Pickup of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms applicable to this auction and the terms of sale before placing an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest offer within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the offer no longer binds the bidder.
