The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may be present that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and other relevant paperwork before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid and proof of payment emailed within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate — please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a vehicle is handed over by the bankruptcy estate, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the lot

• the lot is sold "as is" but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
