Seized assets will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website huutokaupat.com during the period 15/06/2026 – 30/06/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30/06/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price immediately to the enforcement officer. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automaton. The bid must be submitted no later than 26/06/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The buyer must pay the full purchase price to the enforcement officer immediately after the bid is accepted. Accepted payment methods are cash or an equivalent payment instrument and security. An immediate deposit to the Enforcement Authority's blocked account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF54 3960 0000 5032 66 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer shall pay the transfer tax on shares of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and must provide the enforcement authority with a receipt, against which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The object is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
