Note!

• Fasteners are not included with the shelter.

• It is the installer’s responsibility to obtain fixings suitable for the surface and the shelter structure to ensure it stays in place in strong winds.

• Check with a construction professional for a suitable fastening method for the site.

• Adequate fixation depends on the windiness of the location and the ground below.

• Resellers or the importer are not responsible for insufficient fastening.

For winter use:

• Keep the shelter roof clear of snow at all times. Ensure that fallen snow does not remain on the roof.

• The cover must be kept taut. The cover must not have “sagging” areas, especially on the top.

• The roof stays cleaner when the cover is taut.

• Ensure the frame is straight throughout. If the shelter is founded directly on the ground there is a risk the frame is not straight which reduces its durability.

• Never clear snow from inside by pushing on the cover. This can be life‑threatening.

• Always remove snow from the outside using a tool that does not damage the cover.

• The warranty does not cover shelters collapsed due to snow load.

In windy conditions:

• Choose a wind‑sheltered site for the shelter

• We do not recommend installing the shelter in particularly windy locations such as shores or open fields.

• Installation must be carried out carefully and the tarpaulin tightened as much as possible.

• The frame must be anchored to the ground or base, e.g. with ground anchors or concrete anchors.

• In windy weather make sure the shelter doors are closed

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by strong winds or storms.
