The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 08/06/2026 and 29/06/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 29/06/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the bid price within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 26/06/2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official trust account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the official trust account please use reference number RF25 3960 0000 4852 61. If the buyer who made the accepted bid fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder is liable for any costs and the price difference resulting from a possible re-sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after bid acceptance, annual default interest pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are encouraged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. The cymbals will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable property by 03/07/2026 at the latest. The handover time must still be agreed separately with the supervising enforcement inspector. The buyer must, at their own cost and risk, move the purchased movable property at the agreed handover time.
