The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 08/06/2026 and 30/06/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30/06/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 29/06/2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying into the official escrow account, the reference number RF53 3960 0000 4812 65 must be used. If the buyer whose offer has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder will be liable for any costs and the price difference arising from a possible resale in accordance with Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after the acceptance of the offer, interest for late payment will be charged in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is attached and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. The drum rack will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable property no later than 03/07/2026. The handover time must, however, be agreed separately with the supervising enforcement senior inspector. The buyer must at their own expense and responsibility remove the purchased movable property at the agreed handover time.
