The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 08/06/2026 and 29/06/2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com lot number the offer concerns. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 26/06/2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the official deposit account use reference number RF32 3960 0000 4842 62. If the buyer who made the accepted bid neglects to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder is liable for any costs and the price difference arising from a new sale under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after the bid is accepted, statutory delay interest pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are urged to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before bidding. The cymbals will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable property by 03/07/2026 at the latest. The handover time must, however, be agreed separately with the enforcement inspector handling the matter. The buyer must arrange and bear the costs and responsibility for moving the purchased item at the agreed handover time.
