The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 08/06/2026 and 28/06/2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends on 28/06/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as to the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 26/06/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kouvola office at Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official trust account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the official trust account, use reference number RF39 3960 0000 4832 63. If the buyer whose offer has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder will be liable for any costs and price difference resulting from a possible re-sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, annual default interest will be charged in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are urged to inspect the item, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before placing a bid. The cymbals will be handed over to the buyer at the location where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable property by 03/07/2026 at the latest. The handover time must still be agreed separately with the enforcement senior inspector handling the matter. The buyer must, at their own cost and responsibility, remove the purchased movable property at the agreed handover time.
