The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 8 June 2026 and 28 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 26 June 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase sum to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account, use the reference number RF46 3960 0000 4822 64. If the buyer whose bid has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder is liable for any costs and the difference in price arising from a possible resale, pursuant to section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, annual default interest pursuant to section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The person who made the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the person who made the highest bid is deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before placing a bid. The cymbals will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable property no later than 3 July 2026. The exact handover time must be agreed separately with the enforcement senior inspector handling the case. The buyer must, at their own cost and responsibility, remove the purchased movable property at the agreed time.
