Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear to the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair’s upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be somewhat stiffer (for example in an office chair). Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with new, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. The electric desk top has multiple visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer in an office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of winning the auction. Pickup is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.
