The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that a furniture in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The upholstery may have a single small stain, some piling or slight wear on the base. An electric desk top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain, and there may be marks on the base. An electric desk top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but they may be a little stiffer, e.g. on a work chair. Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded, but functional items are classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top may have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, for example on a work chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Pickup is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
