The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the lot. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration will be carried out using the auction information — bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices issued with different details and any additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on the parties involved, such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether anti-money‑laundering and sanctions checks of the buyer are required. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
